About Eva
Eva Chronert grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she first discovered her passion for ballet. At 15, she moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania to train at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, a pre-professional ballet school. After graduating in 2020, she danced with professional companies including Oklahoma City Ballet and Minnesota Ballet. In 2023, she joined Canyon Concert Ballet, bringing her to Fort Collins.
Through her journey in ballet, Eva experienced both the beauty and the pressure that can come with striving for perfection. Over time, her love of dance expanded into a deeper passion for fitness, cross-training, and living a balanced, intentional lifestyle. As a Ballerina Fitness Coach, she blends movement, strength, and mindfulness to support overall well-being.
She co-created Pointe of Balance to offer girls and women a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to what feels true. The title reflects her ballet background while emphasizing a deeper meaning of balance—across movement, health, mindset, and self-worth. She now incorporates the book into her work, including wellness retreats designed to create space for reflection, movement, and personal growth.
Her hope is that this book supports others in growing with confidence, self-awareness, and mindfulness—reminding them of their inherent worth and the strength of who they are becoming.
